Launchy for Windows

I like the spotlight feature on Mac OS X, and I ran across something similar for Windows called Launchy. You can launch websites and even do calculations in the Launchy window. Nice!
Christmas tree

I picked up a Christmas tree almost 2 weeks ago, but due to a bunch of other things going on, I didn’t have time to decorate it until a couple days ago.
Parent’s kitchen remodel, part 2

The parent’s kitchen remodel is moving along. Today the upper cabinets were done and we’ll likely get the floor put in this weekend.
